The brainchild of artist Dick Frizzell, his business partner Christian Kasper and TV presenter Erin Simpson, The Cooking 4 Change Cookbook is a collection of tantalizing recipes shared by 101 of New Zealand’s most loved celebrities.

From rock stars to fashionistas, thespians to business leaders, even athletes to the country’s most powerful politicians, 101 of New Zealand’s most generous and well-loved celebrities have invited Dick Frizzell and his team into their homes to share their favorite recipes. All profits from this beautifully designed hard covered book will go to the Cooking 4 Change Foundation and be distributed to the charities Auckland City Mission, Leukaemia & Blood Cancer NZ, Paw Justice and the Starship Foundation.

Celebrities featured in the book include film royalty Sam Neill, Antonia Prebble, Taika Waititi, Rhys Darby and Stan Walker, Media personalities Hilary Barry, Pippa Wetzell, Kerre McIvor and Carol Hirschfield, politicians Helen Clark, John Key and Andrew Little, as well as fashion icons Nick Von K, Trelise Cooper plus many, many more.

We totally love this book and as it’s Christmas, and this is a fantastic gift, we have a few copies to give away. All we want in exchange is for you to spread the word of this great project. Go to our Facebook page to find out how to win your own copy.

About the Cooking 4 Change Foundation:

The Cooking 4 Change foundation was created to make change happen through awareness, community and education. They have a clear mission to work on creative projects to raise funds and build awareness of this ever-increasing global problem of people having access to good food. With a focus on the key areas of education and budgeting, Cooking 4 Change will work with kiwi families to get the most of their small budgets and educate on healthy and affordable food choices.  Encouraging communities to work together to take on this global problem, Cooking 4 Change believes food is the fuel of life. Let’s work together to make sure there is enough fuel for everyone.
